Admission Procedure

1. Step 1: Purchase the JEEP application form from the designated distribution centres. Forms are available during January and February.
2. Step 2: Fill in the application form and submit it to the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education or any Government Polytechnic college in Uttarakhand.
3. Step 3: Receive your entry card for the JEEP entrance examination at your registered address, or download it directly from www.ubter.in.
4. Step 4: Appear for the JEEP examination conducted by the Board of Technical Education in the month of May.
5. Step 5: Check your results on www.ubter.in. Based on your rank, attend the counselling session on the scheduled date to secure your preferred branch and college, subject to availability.
6. Step 6: After allocation, report to the allotted college and complete the admission formalities.
